II. World War

World War II took place between 1939 and 1945. The great powers of the time and most of the countries in the world participated in the war. One of the superpowers of that time was Nazi Germany. World War II began on September 1, 1939, with the German invasion of Poland. World War II, which resulted in 70 to 85 million deaths. World War II was the deadliest war in human history                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                


  In September, the war began with the United Kingdom and France declaring war on Germany. By operation and agreement, Germany occupied and took control of most of Continental Europe. Also formed the Axis alliance with Italy, Japan and other countries. With the German-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact of August 1939, Germany and the Soviet Union shared and invaded Poland. 




   Taking advantage of this non-aggression pact, the Soviet Union annexed part of Finland and Romania, and all of the Baltic states. Early one june 22, 1941, Germany invaded the European Axis powes and the Soviet Union. opening the largest land front in history, the Eastern Front. The Japanese Empire was not included in Germany's expedition to the Soviet Union. Tanks, armored vehicles, warplanes, target bombs, aircraft carriers, radar and sonar, bombs, weapons and vehicles such as rockets play an important role in warfare. 


  The war in Europe resulted in the liberation of German-occupied territories, the invasion of Germany by the Soviet Union and the Western Allies, the Battle of Berlin, the suicide of Adolf Hitler, and the unconditional surrender of Germany on 8 May 1945. After the Potsdam Conference of the Allies on July 26, 1945 and Japan's refusal to surrender on these terms, the United States dropped its first atomic bombs on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, and on Nagasaki on August 9.

  YEAR 1914   Germany's war strategy is based on the Schlieffen Plan. According to this plan;  France will able to complete its mobilization in two weeks, would be out of the war after thirty nine days and,then, an attack would be launched on Russia, which was considered to be able to complete its mobilization within its wide geography in at least six weeks and with difficulty, by returning to the eastern front. Voyager 1

  Today I will talk about a spacecraft that few person knows it and it's name is Voyager. It was produced by NASA and launched into space in 5 september 1977. By the way, Voyager 1 was launched after Voyager 2. If I am not mistaken, there is a period of 16 days between them. They had same missions. For example, NASA gave tasks to Voyager 1 so as to explore the Jupiter and Saturn, apart from this, it's missions were expore the moon and ring of Jupiter and Saturn and Voyager 2 was the first spacecraft that expore Neptune and Uranus. Anyway, our topic is not Voyager 2, let's turn Voyager 1. It moved away from earth day by day and it is still moving away our earth right now. Acording to scientists, Voyager 1 was the human-made object furthest from earth. Voyager was useing nuclear enegy, this is why, Voyager will run out of it's enegy.
